In 2012, Blackboard acquired MoodleRooms and with it, E-Learn Magazine. Realizing the potential of E-Learn, Blackboard reached out to Clandestein and the Studio Science team to reimagine what E-Learn could be.

Through many months of research, a new E-Learn was created. No longer just a magazine, E-Learn works with contributors to create and share meaningful dialogue and action around current topics in education.

Clandestein led the identity portion of the project and was responsible for the logo and visuals of the brand. The identity for the E-Learn brand was inspired by the collaboration found in classrooms, incorporating educational tools such as sticky notes, highlighters, and manilla folders in the design of the brand.
